1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional but recommended for a better shopping experience. When you register, you agree to:

• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Products & Pricing

Product descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, colours or other content are completely free of errors. Actual product colours may vary slightly due to your screen settings and display calibration.

Pricing policy

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund
• Promotional or sale prices apply only during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively
• We are not obligated to honour incorrectly priced products

4. Orders & Payment

Order placement & confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion — for example, due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information.

Accepted payment methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available on eligible orders up to ₹5,000 within serviceable PIN codes
• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and all UPI-enabled apps
• Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and Maestro
• Net Banking — All major Indian banks

We do not store credit or debit card details on our servers. All payment transactions are handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at info@aartiornament.com or call +91 91730 91385. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within India only
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or festivals
• A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone once your order is dispatched
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters or events outside our control
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply

6. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice or confirmation email)

Non-returnable items

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional events (unless defective or damaged)
• Personalised or custom-made jewellery
• Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration or missing parts
• Items returned after the 7-day window has lapsed

Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when initiating a return
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product photography, button icons, page layout and software — is the exclusive property of Aarti Ornament Jewellery and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or publicly display any content from this website
• Use our brand name, logo, trademarks or product images for any commercial purpose
• Scrape, mirror or systematically extract product data or descriptions
• Create derivative works based on our content

Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link with a friend) is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for:

• Skin reactions or allergies to jewellery materials — please review product material descriptions before purchasing
• Loss, theft or damage to products after delivery has been confirmed
• Errors arising from incorrect delivery addresses or contact information provided by you
• Delays or failures caused by courier partners, third-party payment processors or force majeure events
• Temporary unavailability of the website for maintenance or technical reasons

9. Prohibited Activities

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server or database
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory or abusive product reviews or content
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or crawlers to access or extract content without our written permission
• Impersonate any person, entity or Aarti Ornament employee
• Transmit any malware, viruses, trojans or other harmful software
• Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment credentials
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal functioning of the website

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and/or legal action as deemed appropriate.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
